1) Ability is a power to do something.
2) The prefix dis- has a negative meaning. When some quality is absent.
3) Disability is when someone cannot do something.
4) Some people cannot see, some cannot hear or speak, some people cannot move.
5) They have disabilities because of injuries or illnesses.
6) I don’t know. May be modern medicine can try to cure some disabilities but I don’t think it is always possible.

People who cannot move can have problems getting dressed and undressed, getting to places, cooking, getting on and off the bus, exercising.
A deaf person can have problems watching TV, using the telephone, communicating, listening to music.
A blind person can have problems watching TV, going shopping, studying, reading books, writing, crossing the street.
A disabled person can have problems getting on and off the bus, getting into a shop, getting into a telephone booth, getting down to the underground crossing.
1) I think they feel embarrassed and uneasy in the company of other people.
2) Sometimes other people10ok at the disabled people, sometimes they help them.
3) Their life can be made better if the builders and the authorities thought about them and helped them to solve their problems.
