Миссис Смит: Я бы хотела рассказать тебе о приёме пищи в нашей семье.

Миссис Смит: У нас три приёма пищи в день: завтрак, обед и ужин. Время завтрака в 7.30 утра. Традиционный английский завтрак – это яичница с беконом, сосиски с помидорами или грибами, апельсиновый сок, тост с маслом и джемом и чашка чая с молоком.
Никита: О так много! А что насчёт обеда?
Миссис Смит: У нас обед обычно в час дня, но в учебные дни Никита обедает в школе. Иногда он берёт упакованный обед с собой. Обычно это бутерброд, немного чипсов, немного фруктов и напиток.

Миссис Смит: По вечерам мы собираемся вместе и ужинаем. Обычно это в 7 часов вечера. Традиционный английский ужин – это мясо и овощи. Из овощей часто картошка. Многие люди также любят макароны и рис.
Никита: Я люблю макароны!
Миссис Смит: И ещё одна традиция. Чай – это любимый напиток Британии. Обычно мы пьём чай с молоком. Мы можем пить чай с шоколадом, тортом или печеньем.
